Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the ScrapeSheet browser extension and website. By installing or using ScrapeSheet, you agree to them.

1. The service

ScrapeSheet extracts data from web pages you visit into Excel/CSV files, with optional AI assistance using your own AI provider key (BYOK). The core extraction runs inside your browser.

2. Free plan and Pro subscription

3. Refunds and right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will review a refund in good faith. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period.

4. Acceptable use

5. Your AI provider (BYOK)

The AI feature uses an API key from a third-party provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) that you supply. You are responsible for your account with that provider, for any costs it charges you, and for complying with its terms. We are not a party to that relationship.

6. Disclaimer

ScrapeSheet is provided “as is”. Websites change constantly, so we cannot guarantee that every page will be extracted correctly or completely. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of ScrapeSheet. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. ScrapeSheet is operated by an independent business based in Spain. Contact: info@rubirent.com.
